Miss Deonna Danielle Locklear of 3038 Blue Springs Road, Red Springs, NC was born August 21, 1987 in Cumberland County.  She died Friday, July 16, 2004 from injury sustained from a automobile accident, at the age of 16.

Funeral services were held july 19, 2004 at South Hoke Baptist Church in Red Springs, NC with Revs. Ricky Deese, Larry Chavis and Tony Hunt officiating.  The burial followed in South Hoke Baptist Church cemetary, were she was laid to rest.

Deonna is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather James A Hunt.  She is survived by her parents Neal & Bobbie Jean Oxendine of Red Springs, NC, Vincent Locklear & Sherry Locklear of Maxton, NC, and Earl and Williamteen Tyler of Red Springs, NC.  Deonna is survived by five brothers:  Vincent "Dwayne" Locklear, Gregory Tyler, Brandon Oxendine, Mark Oxendine all of Red Springs and Jesse Locklear of Laurinburg, NC; Four sisters:  Nikki Saleh of Raeford, NC and  Alecia "Brooke" Lockear, Tena Tyler, Dena Locklear all of Red Springs, NC.

Deonna's Grandprents include: Robert and Pearl Lemonds of Maxton, NC, Mary Baker, Prentice Locklear Maggie Hunt, all of Red Springs and Jonthan and Rosie Tyler of Shannon, NC.
